“Ever Vigilant” is part of my Nova Scotia Strong – Isolation series ( a collection of impressionistic paintings created this summer to celebrate the beauty and strength of my home province during these chaotic and strenuous times). This piece is 112×24 and is of Peggy’s cove – Standing strong against the waves this lighthouse is a symbol of strength and durability – a combination of warm greys and deep blues with hints of crimson and sienna – acrylic knife painting on gallery stretched canvas with gloss varnish.
