Bedhead belted kingfisher is the next in my annual 6×6 birds. While there are many variations of the kingfisher – this belted is the only one found in western Canada. Know for its tiny size and crazy hair I may be in love with this little guy. Such personality. 😉 Acrylic on canvas with varnish
